I am a technical lead at Technicolor Research A.I. (artificial intelligence) lab, managing a group of researchers, data scientists, and engineers. This group develops new solutions and academic research in the areas of deep learning, optimization, ubiquitous computing, and statistical machine learning. My focus is on directing projects and technology strategy for this team. In addition, I maintain a research agenda centering around wearable data processing and large-scale machine learning.
Previously, I led a multinational team in the area of data analytics from 2014-2016 and was a research scientist at Technicolor Research Palo Alto from 2012-2014. Before that, I was a postdoctoral research fellow at Boston University (Department of Computer Science) from 2010-2012. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Electrical Engineering in 2010.
